About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own intake, triage, and prioritization of customer feature requests
  • Triage customer-reported data and product issues, assess severity and impact, coordinate resolution, and ensure timely communication
  • Manage external technology partner relationships, including onboarding, ongoing operations, issue resolution, and delivery quality
  • Plan and run early-access programs, including customer selection, onboarding, feedback collection, usage analysis, and launch recommendations
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches by tracking dependencies, validating operational readiness, surfacing risks, and keeping initiatives on track
  • Translate customer, partner, and internal feedback into requirements, prioritized workstreams, and recommendations
  • Create and maintain documentation, playbooks, and enablement materials
  • Identify recurring operational challenges and implement lightweight systems, automation, and processes
  • Connect data product surfaces, Engineering, GTM, customers, and external technology partners to turn signals into coordinated action

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Technical Program Management, or a related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company
  • Ideally supporting data, integrations, or a technical product surface
  • Experience triaging and prioritizing inbound requests and issues at volume
  • Ability to engage directly with data and technical issues to assess severity and impact
  • Experience managing external vendor or technology partner relationships, including onboarding and delivery quality
  • Hands-on experience running early-access or beta programs and coordinating launches in a fast-moving product environment
  • Strong written communication and ability to turn feedback into clear requirements, playbooks, and documentation
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and GTM without direct authority
  • Preference for lightweight, scalable systems over heavy processes
