About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and execute end-to-end programs supporting the Legal Engineering team's operational rhythm
Build and maintain processes, tooling, and documentation enabling Legal Engineering managers to operate consistently across US, EMEA, and APAC
Drive change management initiatives as the Legal Engineering organization scales
Ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools
Partner with Legal Engineering managers, Sales Operations, Product, and leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs with measurable outcomes
Build program management infrastructure from the ground up within a high-growth function at the intersection of AI and legal services

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, or enablement within a high-growth technology or professional services environment
Ability to design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept through execution
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to influence without authority across a distributed organization
Experience with change management, process design, and operational scaling in fast-paced environments
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
Ability to build structure where none exists and iterate quickly
Familiarity with GTM functions, legal technology, or AI products is a strong plus
