About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build Harvey's Mid-Market sales team in Singapore from zero — recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of high-performing Account Executives
  • Develop and iterate on a regional sales motion and playbook tailored to APAC mid-market buyers
  • Directly manage and coach AEs on deal strategy, qualification, negotiation, and close
  • Own forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly planning for the APAC Mid-Market segment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to establish Harvey's go-to-market foundation in the region
  • Represent the voice of the APAC mid-market customer internally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years in a front-line sales management role
  • Demonstrated track record of building or significantly scaling a sales team in a new market or segment
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Proven coaching and performance management skills
  • Deep familiarity with the APAC legal or professional services market
  • Analytical mindset with strong business sense
