Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to translate business objectives into technical requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
Background in consulting or a high-growth tech company
Ability to demonstrate a portfolio of AI first principles
Proven experience understanding the relationship between technology and users
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with BI tools
Exceptional ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders
