About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineers
Partner closely with Sales leadership and Account Executives to support strategic accounts
Oversee and support your team in complex customer engagements
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
Act as the voice of the customer and synthesize feedback
Help build and scale the Legal Engineering organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE
Significant experience practicing litigation, regulatory, investigations, compliance, white-collar defense, enforcement, employment litigation, financial regulatory matters
Must have prior experience managing a team
Deep familiarity with legal technology and AI tools
Strong understanding of in-house litigation, compliance, investigations, and regulatory teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
