  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for our go-to-market functions: Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Serve as a strategic talent partner to GTM leaders, driving hiring strategies that align with revenue goals and long-term growth plans.
  • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through close, serving as a brand ambassador for Harvey.
  • Drive continuous improvement of GTM recruiting workflows, interview practices, and documentation; identify and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior sales and commercial leaders and operate as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional recruiter.
  • Deep experience hiring across GTM functions - from quota-carrying sales roles to partnerships, marketing, and pre + post-sales.
  • Proven track record of building and executing sourcing strategies that yield high-quality, diverse GTM candidate pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of GTM org structures, sales motions, and what great commercial talent looks like at different stages of company growth.
  • Deep familiarity with recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and market insights, with the ability to translate data into hiring decisions.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
