About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the corporate systems portfolio end-to-end
- Set and execute the multi-year roadmap across HRIS, ERP, procurement, payroll, equity
- Manage Harvey's existing People Systems and Finance Systems leads & analysts
- Translate finance and people requirements into systems that work
- Run the Workday and NetSuite ecosystems like products
- Own the data model and integration patterns between corporate systems
- Set the security and compliance bar for corporate systems
- Represent the function in finance, people, and exec staff conversations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/business systems
- At least 4 years leading teams that own HRIS and ERP platforms in production
- Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP
- Experience managing the corporate systems portfolio through scaling milestones
- Strong technical fluency in integration patterns, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and modern identity
- Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong systems engineers and analysts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
