Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/business systems
Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP at a high-growth company
Proven track record running the infrastructure for core business processes
Experience managing the corporate systems portfolio through scaling milestones
Strong technical fluency in integration patterns, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and modern identity
Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong systems engineers and analysts in a remote/distributed team
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with finance, people, and executive leadership
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
