About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Harvey's admin and governance capabilities
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences that meet the compliance and operational needs of large enterprise customers.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales teams to deeply understand admin pain points, governance requirements, and integration needs — and translate those insights into high-impact product investments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Legal, and Infrastructure teams to ensure Harvey's platform aligns with industry standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to our customers.
- Establish and track key metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage, using data to inform prioritization and measure success.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope for governance-related initiatives, communicating clearly at both the executive and working-team levels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent building B2B SaaS products for large enterprise customers.
- Deep familiarity with admin and governance domains such as identity management (SSO, SCIM, RBAC)
- A technical background or desire to go deep on engineering design and tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, working with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders to deliver products that satisfy rigorous organizational requirements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and the ability to articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration, in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
