Key responsibilities & impact

Lead production on Harvey's enterprise customer story program
Build trust and logistics for on-site productions
Develop story angles and interview frameworks
Own end-to-end production on broader enterprise video needs
Receive and interpret creative briefs
Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external production agencies
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work
Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, comms, and customer teams
Manage review and approval processes efficiently
Build scalable production processes and templates

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of professional video producing experience in-house at a technology company or comparable environment
Proven track record producing enterprise customer stories or documentary-style testimonial content
Experience coordinating directly with enterprise clients or customers as part of the production process
Comfortable with regular travel to lead shoots on location at client sites
Demonstrated experience sourcing and managing external production agencies and vendors across the full production lifecycle
Highly organized, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects against competing deadlines and budgets
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to translate business objectives into clear production plans
Deep understanding of the production workflow
Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
