- Build high-impact, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Design and lead sophisticated onboarding programs, trainings and ongoing enablement.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Customer Success Managers and Account Executives.
- Anticipate and proactively address adoption obstacles.
- Translate sophisticated legal practice needs into actionable product and model feedback.
- Take ownership of projects that enhance team workflows.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- At least 5 years of post-JD experience practicing law at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a Fortune 1000 or equivalent.
- Proven track record of impact with strategic clients and complex customer engagements.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills across audiences.
- Ability to develop tailored solutions and recommendations based on limited information.
- Deep understanding of legal workflows across multiple practice areas.
- Genuine curiosity about AI's potential to transform legal practice.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration is a strong plus.
