About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the growth and success of AI solutions within the legal and professional services markets
  • Manage a named account list, nurturing leads and reaching out to prospects
  • Handle the full customer lifecycle from contracting to renewals
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs
  • Conduct tailored client evaluations, including product demonstrations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape solutions for customer needs
  • Develop sales playbook for scaling and documenting learnings
  • Travel may be required to customer offices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions
  • Excited about prospecting and capable of independently leading a sales cycle
  • Ability to independently manage a pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Ability to lead a complex, multi-threaded sale with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated passion for Harvey’s mission and strong understanding of AI
  • Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written
  • Experience in the Legal industry a plus but not required
