Key responsibilities & impact

Partner directly with strategic accounts to uncover high-impact workflows
Lead discovery for your assigned accounts and verticals
Map workflows to the broader product
Drive deployments end to end
Define and track success metrics for the verticals you support
Develop account-level and vertical-level roadmaps
Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, executives, engineering, and legal research
Influence new commercial models for agent-led solutions
Champion repeatability to transform one-off solutions into product features

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of work experience
Background in professional services (legal, consulting, banking, or adjacent fields)
3+ years of product management experience or closely related roles
Experience working in B2B or enterprise environments, ideally with AI, automation, or workflow tooling
Demonstrated ability to ship and iterate on enterprise-grade software or high-complexity solutions
Executive presence and a customer obsession mindset
Strong strategic thinking paired with detail orientation
Ability to communicate both qualitatively and quantitatively
Comfort navigating extreme ambiguity and defining structure from zero
A scrappy, ownership mentality
