About the role

  • Partner directly with strategic accounts to uncover high-impact workflows
  • Lead discovery for your assigned accounts and verticals
  • Map workflows to the broader product
  • Drive deployments end to end
  • Define and track success metrics for the verticals you support
  • Develop account-level and vertical-level roadmaps
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, executives, engineering, and legal research
  • Influence new commercial models for agent-led solutions
  • Champion repeatability to transform one-off solutions into product features

Requirements

  • 8+ years of work experience
  • Background in professional services (legal, consulting, banking, or adjacent fields)
  • 3+ years of product management experience or closely related roles
  • Experience working in B2B or enterprise environments, ideally with AI, automation, or workflow tooling
  • Demonstrated ability to ship and iterate on enterprise-grade software or high-complexity solutions
  • Executive presence and a customer obsession mindset
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with detail orientation
  • Ability to communicate both qualitatively and quantitatively
  • Comfort navigating extreme ambiguity and defining structure from zero
  • A scrappy, ownership mentality
