About the role

  • Lead the execution of brand partnerships once agreements are signed, ensuring all contractual deliverables and campaigns are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination of partnership activations across events, campaigns, and on-site experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-facing logistics, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships with brand partners.
  • Oversee hospitality for partner-related activations, including food and beverage, guest invitations, nametags, swag, and special requests from sales teams.
  • Coordinate on-site partner activations to ensure smooth execution and a consistent, high-quality brand experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and events teams to ensure partnerships support broader go-to-market goals.
  • Maintain clear timelines, project plans, and documentation to keep partnership campaigns organized and predictable.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand partnerships, field marketing or events marketing
  • Experience managing hospitality-forward experiences, including executive or VIP events
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external partners
  • Experience delivering integrated partnership activations across events, campaigns, and on-site experiences
  • A detail-oriented and service-minded approach to partner and guest experience.
