About the role
- Define and own the UX research vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Represent the voice of the user across the company
- Build, lead, and mentor a world class team of UX researchers
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and AI Research leaders
- Design and oversee mixed-methods research programs
- Translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights
- Champion a strong user-centered culture
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of experience in UX research
- Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Proven ability to influence product strategy with executives
- Experience working closely with product, design, and engineering teams
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Experience researching expert or professional users (e.g., legal, enterprise, technical domains) is a strong plus.
