About the role
- Own and manage Ashby, including workflows, automations, integrations, and ongoing system performance.
- Implement automation and AI-enabled processes across the recruiting lifecycle to reduce manual work and improve operational consistency.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that give clear visibility into funnel performance, recruiter activity, interviewer utilization, and hiring forecasts.
- Develop the data infrastructure needed for accurate headcount tracking, operational metrics, and long-term planning.
- Ensure Ashby and Workday remain aligned through accurate data flow, reconciliation of positions, and system consistency as hiring scales.
- Analyze recruiting and operational trends, offering insights that inform strategy and support decision-making for Recruiting, People, and Finance.
- Improve and document core recruiting processes, focusing on scalability, standardization, and removing friction for both candidates and internal teams.
- Evaluate and support the rollout of new tools to improve efficiency and system reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Recruiting Operations, BizOps, Sales Ops, People Analytics, FinOps, or similar roles with strong analytical and systems responsibilities.
- Experience administering an ATS (Ashby preferred), including workflow configuration, automation design, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards, reporting structures, or data models that influence decision-making.
- Comfort using automation and AI-supported tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
- A systems-oriented mindset with the ability to understand how tools connect, how data flows, and how to design processes that scale.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality, governance, and accuracy across systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Recruiting, People, and Finance partners in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS, particularly around data alignment and headcount structure.
