Product Manager

• Identify new opportunities or product challenges that are in line with the long-term vision of Harver
• Analysing the market and stay informed on the competition and technological trends
• Gathering and process feedback from important internal stakeholders
• Using product analytics to get insights into adoption rates and how end-users are using the platform
• Performing qualitative interviews with (potential) customers about their challenges and jobs to be done
• Do extensive research and transform new opportunities into clear problem definitions, value propositions, and business objectives
• Ideate on multiple solutions and validate your concepts and assumptions with internal and external stakeholders
• Break down initiatives into smaller epics and user stories and create a release planning with clear milestones that will result in continuous delivery of valuable software to the end-users
• Continuously inform and manage internal and external stakeholders on roadmap changes and progress
• Create a go-to-market strategy and create and maintain all documentation needed for selling and using the product functionalities
• Monitor and improve delivered software to steer towards business objectives
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
