• Close 10 to 15 deals per quarter by:
• Following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
• Creating new outbound opportunities.
• Managing your pipeline and your quota.
• Taking prospects through full sales cycles from initial interest through close.
• Utilize smart, targeted questions with executives at mid-sized companies (up to 2,000 employees).
• Conduct online product demonstrations.
• Update all prospects’ interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with other sales team members on closing deals.

Product Manager

• Identify new opportunities or product challenges that are in line with the long-term vision of Harver
• Analysing the market and stay informed on the competition and technological trends
• Gathering and process feedback from important internal stakeholders
• Using product analytics to get insights into adoption rates and how end-users are using the platform
• Performing qualitative interviews with (potential) customers about their challenges and jobs to be done
• Do extensive research and transform new opportunities into clear problem definitions, value propositions, and business objectives
• Ideate on multiple solutions and validate your concepts and assumptions with internal and external stakeholders
• Break down initiatives into smaller epics and user stories and create a release planning with clear milestones that will result in continuous delivery of valuable software to the end-users

Customer Success Manager

• Own the overall success of their customers’ experience with Harver – with the goal of customer retention and expansion.
• Create account plans for their accounts with a focus on activities that ensure our customers are realizing value in their Harver investment while simultaneously identifying and closing expansion opportunities.
• Consult with customers on the uses of assessments to make decisions.
• Communicate what our assessments measure and understand how assessments are beneficial.
• Provide ROI analytics.
• Collaborate across Harver with all customer-facing teams to maximize customer ROI and value realization.
• Work in a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric (remote) environment; with the mission of growing Harver’s brand and meeting customers where they are.
• Act as the 'voice of the customer' to the Harver team, delivering product feedback and solutions internally at Harver and back to the customer.

Support Engineer

• Investigate and solve challenging and time-sensitive production issues, often in support of our enterprise and mid-market clients
• Manage an evolving queue of support tickets, working them in accordance with our established Service Level Agreements
• Research, troubleshoot and develop solutions in web-based and mobile web SaaS applications, encompassing technologies like: Microsoft technologies, HTML, JS libraries, and MS SQL Server and Mungo DB databases, SAML
• Configure and customize our applications to meet unique customer requirements
• Interact and collaborate with our end user support, client success, integration specialists, and product development teams

• Play a crucial role in our expansion of the EMEA Market
• Own the sales process from prospecting, qualifying, conducting demos, to contract negotiation & close of sale
• Create and manage a healthy pipeline of Fortune 1000+ clients to expand Harver's reach in North America/EMEA
• Work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to generate additional opportunities for growth
• Take the lead on conducting demos and collaborate closely with the solution consulting team

Full-stack Engineer

• Create, deploy and manage a SaaS software used by millions of people globally.
• Practice all facets of good software development: user experience, performance, scalability, security, maintainability etc.
• Engage in the process of making software using methodologies such as Lean Development and Extreme Programming.
• Work as part of a focused team of 3-5 software engineers together with QA, Devops and UX specialists.
• Independently own domain services within the product-suite and be responsible for their development, maintenance, releases and integration.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in pair programming, and follow engineering principles including BDD, Continuous Delivery, and non-solo programming.
