Own and evolve HBP’s portfolio of B2B channel partnerships
Define strategic role, objectives, and success metrics for each partner
Ensure channel offerings are differentiated from HBP-owned destinations
Lead partner identification, negotiation, and relationship management
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure channel strategies are aligned
Contribute insight to the evolution of HBP’s partner ecosystem
Engage in partner identification and relationship management
Help evolve partnership frameworks and performance measurement

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or corporate development
Strong orientation toward enterprise markets
Deep experience with dealmaking and relationship management
Experience with platform-based partnerships like LXPs or content ecosystems
Strong commercial judgment and operational execution
Strategic thinker with strong execution instincts
Adept negotiator and dealmaker
Collaborative, low-ego leadership style
Comfortable representing HBP with senior external partners
Intellectually curious about enterprise learning and emerging technologies
Clear and compelling communicator
