About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve HBP’s portfolio of B2B channel partnerships
- Define strategic role, objectives, and success metrics for each partner
- Ensure channel offerings are differentiated from HBP-owned destinations
- Lead partner identification, negotiation, and relationship management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure channel strategies are aligned
- Contribute insight to the evolution of HBP’s partner ecosystem
- Engage in partner identification and relationship management
- Help evolve partnership frameworks and performance measurement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or corporate development
- Strong orientation toward enterprise markets
- Deep experience with dealmaking and relationship management
- Experience with platform-based partnerships like LXPs or content ecosystems
- Strong commercial judgment and operational execution
- Strategic thinker with strong execution instincts
- Adept negotiator and dealmaker
- Collaborative, low-ego leadership style
- Comfortable representing HBP with senior external partners
- Intellectually curious about enterprise learning and emerging technologies
- Clear and compelling communicator
