About the role

  • Creation, qualification and evaluation of suppliers in ARIBA SLP and SAP
  • Support in resolving invoice discrepancies, and in clarifications with suppliers, accounting and stakeholders
  • Negotiation and clarification of basic commercial terms (e.g., payment terms, Incoterms) with suppliers
  • Master data management in SAP, ARIBA (e.g., info records, payment terms, etc.) and Teamcenter
  • Creation of NDAs and completion of the signing process for NDAs and contracts using DocuSign
  • Support with myPurchase purchase requisitions (verification, assigning the correct category, etc.)

Requirements

  • Commercial training or degree
  • Initial experience in purchasing/procurement, dealing with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Confident user of IT tools (SAP, myPurchase, Ariba, DocuSign, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Affinity for AI and some hands-on AI experience desirable
  • Independent working style, team player; ideally intercultural competence and basic stakeholder management experience
  • Strong communication skills in German (fluent) and English (fluent); basic French skills desirable
