About the role
- Manage and update employee master data across the entire employee lifecycle in the payroll software
- Record special payments in accordance with collective agreement provisions and apply defined reduction rules
- Support and advise timekeeping representatives on all relevant issues
- Review and complete time and attendance data
- Ensure correct calculation and maintenance of pay supplements/allowances
- Create and manage pay-related certificates and documentation
- Process administrator lists for electronic reporting systems (ELStAM, EEL, eAU, DaBPV, etc.)
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification in HR
- Several years of professional experience in payroll and time management
- Ideally experienced with the payroll system SAP-HCM
- Good knowledge of payroll tax and social security legislation
- Confident user of MS Office
- Willingness to engage in continuous training to keep up with changing legal and system-related requirements
- Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and a strong service orientation
- Resilient and reliable in a dynamic work environment
