About the role

  • Manage and update employee master data across the entire employee lifecycle in the payroll software
  • Record special payments in accordance with collective agreement provisions and apply defined reduction rules
  • Support and advise timekeeping representatives on all relevant issues
  • Review and complete time and attendance data
  • Ensure correct calculation and maintenance of pay supplements/allowances
  • Create and manage pay-related certificates and documentation
  • Process administrator lists for electronic reporting systems (ELStAM, EEL, eAU, DaBPV, etc.)

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification in HR
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll and time management
  • Ideally experienced with the payroll system SAP-HCM
  • Good knowledge of payroll tax and social security legislation
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Willingness to engage in continuous training to keep up with changing legal and system-related requirements
  • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and a strong service orientation
  • Resilient and reliable in a dynamic work environment
