About the role

  • Analyze data and market trends to develop targets, forecasts, and projections
  • Maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Track revenue by customer, brand, territory, and individual sales reps
  • Collaborate with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis
  • Assist with Sales team compensation planning, processing, and reporting
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses to support business reviews and quarterly planning
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships)
  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Basic Power BI or SQL a plus
  • Clear communication and stakeholder skills
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Eagerness to learn our business software (Salesforce, SAP)
  • Strong analytical curiosity
