About the role
- Analyze data and market trends to develop targets, forecasts, and projections
- Maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Track revenue by customer, brand, territory, and individual sales reps
- Collaborate with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis
- Assist with Sales team compensation planning, processing, and reporting
- Deliver ad hoc analyses to support business reviews and quarterly planning
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships)
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Basic Power BI or SQL a plus
- Clear communication and stakeholder skills
- Thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- Eagerness to learn our business software (Salesforce, SAP)
- Strong analytical curiosity
- Structured problem-solving
