About the role
- Analyze and process incoming sales and pricing requests
- Prepare monthly pricing renewal data and communicate approved changes to the contracts team
- Process monthly rebates, monitor denied rebates, and obtain paybacks
- Oversee customer incentive programs (CIP): initial analysis/setup, ongoing monitoring, final calculation, approval, and payment request
- Support sales reporting, analysis, and special projects as required
- Process monthly GPO reporting and communicate administrative fees to the accounting team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance preferred)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance or data analysis (including internships)
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); proficiency in MS Office
- Financial analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient troubleshooter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, derive action and achieve results
- Desire to work in a highly collaborative team setting, including cross-functional and international collaboration
