About the role

  • Analyze and process incoming sales and pricing requests
  • Prepare monthly pricing renewal data and communicate approved changes to the contracts team
  • Process monthly rebates, monitor denied rebates, and obtain paybacks
  • Oversee customer incentive programs (CIP): initial analysis/setup, ongoing monitoring, final calculation, approval, and payment request
  • Support sales reporting, analysis, and special projects as required
  • Process monthly GPO reporting and communicate administrative fees to the accounting team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance preferred)
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance or data analysis (including internships)
  • Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); proficiency in MS Office
  • Financial analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient troubleshooter
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently, derive action and achieve results
  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative team setting, including cross-functional and international collaboration
