About the role
- Securing revenue by advising on the appropriate use of products
- Implementing new customer acquisition tailored to customer processes, converting prospects into profitable customers
- Demonstrating our product range and ensuring medical necessity in inpatient settings
- Conducting user training for the field sales team
- Preparing process analyses and cost-comparison calculations to demonstrate the advantages of our offering
- Participating in projects for the development and further improvement of our products and in the design of additional services
- “Train the Trainer”: enabling nursing staff to act as multipliers and to operate in line with our objectives
Requirements
- Completed nursing qualification combined with several years of professional experience; ideally with field sales experience
- Product expertise in the nursing/care context is an advantage
- Structured and goal-oriented working style
- Ability to think and act within interconnected structures, combined with high enthusiasm
- Solid knowledge of digital media
- Fluent German language skills
- You live within or near the travel area or are willing to relocate to the region
