About the role
- Sell with enthusiasm: Implement sales and marketing activities effectively and achieve sustainable revenue growth in medical practices, home care providers and nursing services
- Consultation & support: Develop existing customers and acquire new customers to expand market share in your region
- Events and projects: Plan workshops and training sessions with enthusiasm and actively contribute to exciting projects, trade shows and customer events
Requirements
- A vocational qualification in a commercial, nursing or pharmaceutical/scientific field provides a good foundation
- Several years of sales experience, ideally with customer groups such as physicians, nursing services and homecare, and ideally an ICW/AWM certification
- Your strengths include strong customer orientation and communication skills, relationship management, performance motivation and goal orientation, ability to self-organize and sales aptitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills, and enthusiasm for networking
- Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems is required
- High willingness to travel and a Category B driver’s license
