About the role

  • As Sales Manager Switzerland for the pharmacy and drugstore customer segments, you will lead our sales team across the entire country.
  • Through targeted coaching and regular field visits you will ensure effective market coverage and consistent implementation of the sales strategy.
  • You are responsible for sales planning, setting individual targets and continuously monitoring their achievement.
  • If deviations occur, you will proactively implement appropriate measures to ensure targets are met.
  • To develop your team, you will conduct regular performance reviews and feedback meetings and foster a performance-oriented, collaborative team culture.
  • You will also strengthen efficient cooperation between Key Account Management, Marketing and the field sales team to maximize synergies and sustainably secure market success.
  • In addition to your leadership role, you will take operational responsibility for pharmacy chains in the Romandy (French-speaking Switzerland) and actively drive the expansion of strategic partnerships.
  • You will confidently lead contract negotiations, develop annual plans and implement assortment and marketing measures strategically and effectively.
  • You will analyse relevant market and customer metrics and steer sales, investments and return on investment in a targeted manner.
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders is a matter of course for you.

Requirements

  • You have a business-related education (HF, FH, University) or an equivalent qualification that prepares you for demanding responsibilities in a sales environment.
  • You bring solid sales experience—ideally in Key Account Management—and know how to develop customer relationships strategically and sustainably.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to translate strategic goals into operational measures, motivate teams and work cross-functionally.
  • Efficient and structured working style, characterised by independence, organisational talent and flexibility.
  • You are highly mobile — approximately 60% of your role is field-based, complemented by about one day per week at our Neuhausen office (residence in Switzerland required).
  • Business-fluent German and French, both written and spoken.
Benefits
  • Stable and continuously growing company with over 150 years of successful history and the mission to make a lasting positive impact on the lives of patients and healthcare professionals.
  • First-name culture across all hierarchy levels in a supportive and open atmosphere in line with our motto: Stronger Teams. Better Care.
  • 30 days of vacation and flexible working conditions.
  • We believe that standing still is falling behind — you will benefit from our extensive training and development programme; professional training is supported individually.
  • A wide range of employee offers such as the Brands4Employees platform, discounts for mobile & mobility services and at group companies, for example Kneipp Friendly Workspace with various sport and health offers, a partnership with a gym, relaxation room, massage offers, height-adjustable desks, and more.
  • A company car that may also be used for private purposes.
