About the role

  • Support the Enterprise Risk Management team in developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Independently develop features ranging from small functions to complete applications using No-Code and Low-Code approaches, including the application of state-of-the-art Large Language Models
  • Maintain and optimize the Enterprise Risk Management’s existing repositories and project boards
  • Assist in further development of quantitative risk models in Python (depending on skill profile)

Requirements

  • Basic programming skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python) required
  • Initial experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems) is an advantage
  • Understanding of data models and relational databases (e.g., data types, table relationships, basic SQL knowledge)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate desirable
  • Basic understanding of Power FX or willingness to quickly learn declarative languages
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps) and collaborative development
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in AI-assisted development, e.g., using Large Language Models for code generation
  • Self-initiative and willingness to learn, especially when working with new technologies and tools
  • Team player with strong communication skills, also in virtual and international environments
  • Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
