About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain/Triage incidents/requests and complex problems in Harrods ITSM tool and work Queue
Improve, build, and support the deployment pipelines across all environments
Coordinate with the Test Manager to ensure releases are planned and deployed on schedule
Support the agile process by breaking down user stories into manageable tasks
Learn about new tools and processes, keeping up-to-date with technological advances

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience in cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Serverless, Containerization, Low code and automation)
Experience in writing and deploying Infrastructure-as-code configurations
Experience or Knowledge of using Azure Cloud
Knowledge of using Azure DevOps or Jira
Knowledge or Experience of ITIL (managing Incidents, Change & requests)
Knowledge or Experience of IAC (Terraform / Pulumi)
Experience with Core Infrastructure and Networking using Cloud or On-Prem Servers
