Requirements

  • Previous experience within retail or customer service, in a team leader role with keyholding responsibilities.
  • The communication skills to make a quick, long-lasting impact in a highly skilled team.
  • A genuine interest and passion for Harrods.
  • Self-motivation to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
  • An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to work within a team.
  • Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
  • Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
