About the role
- Provide world class customer service
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge
- Build quality customer relationships to achieve business goals
- Keyholding duties and ensure the security and smooth opening and closing of the store
- Oversee team operations
- Prepare tills and cashing up at the end of shifts, ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation
Requirements
- Previous experience within retail or customer service, in a team leader role with keyholding responsibilities.
- The communication skills to make a quick, long-lasting impact in a highly skilled team.
- A genuine interest and passion for Harrods.
- Self-motivation to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge.
- An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A strong ability to work within a team.
- Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly.
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts as well as weekends.
