About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of our flagship investor conference
  • Design and deliver bespoke experiences for institutional investors and senior clients
  • Partner with Investor Relations and senior executives to align event strategy with objectives
  • Elevate the firm’s brand through thoughtful, high-touch details
  • Work directly with the CEO to develop and execute strategic event concepts
  • Ensure seamless execution and white-glove experience for senior executives and stakeholders
  • Design and execute an elevated employee events strategy across offices
  • Manage relationships with venues, agencies, and vendors globally
  • Track and evaluate event effectiveness, incorporating feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–12+ years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or hospitality, preferably within a high-touch corporate environment
  • Experience supporting senior executives and institutional clients in high visibility settings
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, high quality events with strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Strong creative instincts paired with disciplined execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Willingness to travel and support events outside of standard business hours
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor negotiations.
