About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Represent the firm throughout the entire client engagement with high exposure to clients and senior bankers
  • Support M&A and private capital advisory client work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Working toward or already possessing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • Academic performance combined with involvement outside the classroom, such as sports, student-led organizations, or work experience
  • Understanding of Excel formulas, data validation, macros, tables, and conditional formatting
  • Working understanding of connections among the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet
  • Ability to identify trends in data and articulate their impact
  • Motivated by challenge and able to work collaboratively
  • Responsive and able to answer emails and calls quickly
  • Able to clarify deadlines and stay aligned with the team
  • Able to work in an on-call, in-office role and work long hours when required
  • Able to quality-check work for accuracy
  • Able to articulate thoughts and ideas verbally and in writing
  • Relevant skills for a role filled by recent university/college graduates with little or no professional experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
