About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Learn the deal process through live transaction work alongside seasoned banking professionals
  • Lead and drive multiple workstreams in partnership with analysts

  • Use and direct AI tools to improve output while retaining ownership of quality, accuracy, and judgment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

  • Willingness to deepen accounting, valuation, and modeling expertise
  • Ability to identify trends in complex datasets using tools such as Capital IQ and FactSet
  • Comfort using and directing AI tools while retaining ownership of quality, accuracy, and judgment
  • Recent university/college graduate profile with little or no professional experience, or participation through a corporate development/training program
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
  • Supplemental essay required for early-action fellowship consideration
