About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Learn the deal process through live transaction work alongside seasoned banking professionals
Lead and drive multiple workstreams in partnership with analysts
Support the full lifecycle of multiple client engagements
Produce accurate, client-ready Excel and PowerPoint work products
Analyze complex datasets and identify trends using tools such as Capital IQ and FactSet
Translate data and analysis into actionable insight and clear points of view for deal strategy and client recommendations
Articulate ideas in internal discussions and client and C-suite settings
Seek feedback and mentorship while deepening industry, market, accounting, valuation, and modeling knowledge
Manage workstreams and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Use and direct AI tools to improve output while retaining ownership of quality, accuracy, and judgment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Recent university/college graduate profile with little or no professional experience, or participation through a corporate development/training program
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered
Supplemental essay required for early-action fellowship consideration
