About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive work forward in partnership with analysts across multiple client engagements

  • Manage workstreams and deadlines for consistent, on-time execution
  • Translate data and analysis into actionable insight and recommendations contributing to deal strategy
  • Engage with clients, senior bankers, and C-suite audiences
  • Respond quickly to emails and calls and attend deal team meetings in person
  • Work on M&A and private capital advisory engagements for Consumer and Technology groups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Willingness to work an on-call, in-office role
  • Ability to respond quickly to emails and calls
  • Willingness to attend deal team meetings in person and work long hours
  • Strong learning agility and ability to apply feedback
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and data-analysis skills, including identifying trends in complex data sets
  • Experience with Capital IQ and FactSet
  • Understanding of Excel formulas, data validation, tables, and conditional formatting
  • Ability to build clear, client-ready PowerPoint materials
  • Working understanding of connections among the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet
  • Willingness to deepen accounting, valuation, and financial modeling expertise
  • Comfort using and directing AI tools
  • Ability to lead multiple workstreams and manage deadlines
  • University/college degree or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience stated in the qualifications section
