Requirements

What you’ll need
  • First-year associate candidate
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Ability to work long hours in an on-call, in-office role
  • Demonstrated academic performance and prior work experience
  • Ability to learn and apply new information and incorporate feedback
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and tailor communication to the audience, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to identify trends in complex data sets
  • Experience or familiarity with Capital IQ and FactSet
  • Understanding of Excel formulas, data validation, tables, and conditional formatting
  • Ability to build clear, client-ready materials in PowerPoint
  • Working understanding of how the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet connect
  • Willingness to deepen accounting, valuation, and financial modeling expertise
  • Comfort using and directing AI tools while maintaining quality, accuracy, and judgment
  • Ability to lead multiple workstreams and manage deadlines
  • University/college degree typically required for this level, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience, including military service, may be considered
