About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join the Energy, Power & Infrastructure team as an M&A Analyst
- High level of exposure to clients and senior bankers
- Represent the firm throughout the entire client engagement
- Participate in diverse projects expanding professional experience
- Engage in recruiting initiatives, mentorship programming, and efforts to generate new client engagements
- Attend a robust training program for new analysts and associates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Eligible candidates should be working towards or already possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher as a prerequisite
- Submit your cover letter and resume (you must combine your resume with your cover letter into one PDF)
- Complete a profile with Suited which will cover your academic background, prior work experience, employment preferences, and ask a series of suitability questions
- Understanding of Excel, including formulas, data validation, macros, tables, conditional formatting
- Working understanding of accounting principles including income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet connection
- Problem-solving skills, able to identify trends in data and articulate impact of patterns
