About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support clients with the deployment of EVERWIN GX business solutions
Contribute to every stage of projects: auditing, configuration, and training
Work independently while collaborating closely with other consultants and the Deployment Manager
Train users and support them throughout the change management process
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project
Contribute to the continuous improvement of methods and practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two- or three-year higher education qualification in management information systems, computer science, or an equivalent field
Proven experience as a Consultant and/or Trainer with a software publisher or systems integrator
Comfortable working with clients
Strong teaching and communication skills, well-organized, with good summarization and analytical abilities
An interest in technology, particularly SQL, is a real advantage
