About the role
- You will work with an agile team, a product owner, as well as clients and other stakeholders to develop high-level user stories, use cases, and detailed system requirements.
- You will act as an extension of the product owner to help elaborate user stories, consider priorities, and define product workflows.
- You will collaborate closely with developers and testers to manage the day-to-day execution of sprints, and with UX designers to ensure appropriate details are covered.
- You should be comfortable demonstrating software to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health information technology
- Previous experience as a business analyst, clinical informaticist, or systems analyst
- Practical knowledge of business requirements documentation techniques (user stories, use cases, sequence diagrams, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and understand regulatory documents without getting overwhelmed, and translate them into business requirements
- Passion for details while maintaining a balance with business realities
