About the role

  • Develop and implement the R&D strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Oversee R&D investments and overall budget allocation.
  • Identify emerging technologies and convert them into growth levers.
  • Actively participate in senior leadership decisions (executive committee, strategic planning).
  • Build an agile, high-performing, results-oriented R&D organization.
  • Lead technical teams in the design, development, and industrialization of new products or technologies.
  • Work closely with other departments (Professional Services, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing).
  • Promote a culture of innovation, scientific rigor, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in managing R&D projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong experience with agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience developing web and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Good understanding of product development processes and innovation management.
  • Mobilizing leadership, strategic mindset, and results orientation.
  • Excellent communication, change management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of English is required.
