About the role

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of blue collar portfolios
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years end-to-end recruitment experience, working in a fast-paced environment, within the Mining sector (either owner-operator, or contractor services), or similar heavy industry such as Oil and Gas.
  • Labour hire agency recruiters with this experience will be considered
  • An understanding of underground and open cut mine operations and related disciplines will be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring leaders and influence recruitment outcomes
  • A proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needs
  • A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
