About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of blue collar portfolios
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
- Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring team
- Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I, process optimisation, and recruitment technology
Requirements
- 3+ years end-to-end recruitment experience, working in a fast-paced environment, within the Mining sector (either owner-operator, or contractor services), or similar heavy industry such as Oil and Gas.
- Labour hire agency recruiters with this experience will be considered
- An understanding of underground and open cut mine operations and related disciplines will be advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring leaders and influence recruitment outcomes
- A proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needs
- A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
