Requirements
- Experience in talent intelligence, sourcing strategy and campaign management in sectors with technology recruitment being a core focus.
- End to end talent acquisition; demonstrating the capability to follow process and align communication updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
- Proactive sourcing and talent attraction; knowing what channels to utilise and engage and nurture talent.
- Effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Enhances candidate experience and supports diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Excels in creating and managing strategic sourcing channels for various role types, with a focus on critical, high-frequency, and hard to fill positions through innovative above the line and below the line campaigns.
