Key responsibilities & impact
  • Do you want to apply Human and Organizational Development (HOD) strategically, with autonomy and real business impact?
  • This is your chance to take a leading role in the evolution of people and culture at a multinational leader in the FMCG sector.
  • You will be the go-to person for Human and Organizational Development, connecting leadership, teams and strategy in a hybrid, collaborative working model.
  • Design, implement and monitor leadership development programs;
  • Lead performance evaluation cycles and individual development plans (IDPs);
  • Structure learning paths and internal academies;
  • Support leadership on organizational climate, engagement and people management;
  • Work on culture, values and internal communication projects;
  • Map competencies, succession and career plans;
  • Measure HOD results using KPIs and management reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid prior experience as a Senior HOD Analyst, HR Business Partner (HRBP) or similar;
  • Proven experience with performance evaluation, IDPs, learning paths and leadership programs;
  • Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in industry;
  • Knowledge of competency mapping and succession methodologies;
  • Fluent English for reading materials and occasional interactions;
  • Availability for a hybrid work model.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in the consumer goods sector;
  • Previous involvement in culture, climate and engagement projects;
  • Experience with digital learning tools (LMS) and people analytics;
  • Certifications in leadership development, coaching, or agile HR methodologies.
