About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and editorial support to the VP, Editorial Director
  • Manage schedules, maintain records and the imprint map
  • Act as the in-house liaison between Editorial, other departments, and authors
  • Draft publication materials, including contract requests and metadata keywords

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and social media platforms
