About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the production of a high volume of titles per year
Handle multiple deadlines and track simultaneous projects
Source and engage with production vendors and outside contractors
Develop casting lists for titles and work with other producers
Ensure audiobook production runs on schedule and within budget
Troubleshoot problems and work with in-house production teams
Ensure all audiobook programs maintain a high level of production quality
Cultivate relationships with editors, authors, and agents
Support additional production tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 4 years of experience in audiobook production
Ability to set priorities and solve problems under pressure
Self-starter and strong team member
Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in Airtable, a plus
Conversational or fluent in Spanish, a plus
