About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develops brand, marketing, and sales strategies for assigned authors
- Leads the process of creating and implementing brand messaging documents
- Analyzes author sales reports and identifies trends
- Oversees product development and marketing efforts across HCCP
- Manages creation of digital marketing assets for various platforms
- Communicates with brand authors about achievements and milestones
- Prepares the agenda and leads all brand author meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience (7-10+ years) in multiple phases of marketing and publicity
- Expertise in brand management and strategic planning
- Minimum 7 years in publishing preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or communication
- Knowledge of the book general and Christian markets
- Strong analytical skills
- Technical proficiency with marketing tools and programs
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities and projects
- Familiarity with AI tools (Jasper, ChatGPT) and design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
