About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for driving sales and ensuring net sales and contribution targets are met
  • Concept and lead execution for campaigns
  • Own coordination of campaigns across email, SMS, social media and paid marketing
  • Lead strategy for visual and written messaging
  • Forecasting and inventory management for key titles
  • Promotional and pricing strategies and execution
  • Own and drive strategic vision and KPI planning
  • Lead campaign planning and cross-functional alignment processes
  • Lead regular and ad hoc analytics reviews and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 7 years of digital marketing experience
  • At least 5 years in an eCommerce/direct-to-consumer setting
  • Shopify experience is required
  • Experience working across digital marketing platforms including social media, email, SMS marketing, and performance marketing
  • Experience developing and creating eCommerce campaigns in a DTC/B2C setting
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce fundamentals
  • Previous P&L ownership and understanding of business financials and sales channel responsibilities
