About the role
- Supports our creative media plans with ideas, research, and outreach
- Provides general administrative support for the department, including social media scheduling and monitoring and helping with digital campaigns and administration
- Works closely with other members of the marketing team and manages elements of campaigns where relevant
- Aids with influencer outreach and fulfills mailings to tastemakers
- Opportunity to feed ideas into and create content for some of the social channels within the imprint
Requirements
- Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible for this internship; open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry level candidates with up to two years of work experience
- Candidates must be available to work 21 hours per week across 3 or 4 days, from February 9 to April 17, 2026, at the location specified in the job description
- This internship is compensated at a rate of $18 per hour

- Ideal candidates are either currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program
- A passion for books is highly valued
- Experience creating and managing social media content
- Familiar with the landscape of social media trends
- Comfortable using design applications like Canva
- Some experience with workflow programs like Airtable and Asana
- Comfortable working remotely and efficient at time management
- Experience with copyediting and proofing work
