Supports our creative media plans with ideas, research, and outreach
Provides general administrative support for the department, including social media scheduling and monitoring and helping with digital campaigns and administration
Works closely with other members of the marketing team and manages elements of campaigns where relevant
Aids with influencer outreach and fulfills mailings to tastemakers
Opportunity to feed ideas into and create content for some of the social channels within the imprint
Requirements
Candidates who are available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible for this internship; open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry level candidates with up to two years of work experience
Candidates must be available to work 21 hours per week across 3 or 4 days, from February 9 to April 17, 2026, at the location specified in the job description
This internship is compensated at a rate of $18 per hour

Ideal candidates are either currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from an undergraduate or master’s program
A passion for books is highly valued
Experience creating and managing social media content
Familiar with the landscape of social media trends
Comfortable using design applications like Canva
Some experience with workflow programs like Airtable and Asana
Comfortable working remotely and efficient at time management
