Provide ongoing administrative support including mailing books, entering data, routing invoices, etc.
Assist with the creation of promotional materials like press releases, sell sheets, and giveaway forms
Assist with the creation of content and captions for social media
Contribute to research projects
Assist with outreach to media and social media creators
Participate in various staff meetings and give opinions and ideas regarding promotional strategies for books
Attend and listen into meetings with authors and agents
Request specific projects of interest throughout the internship
Requirements
Candidates available to work in a full-time capacity in 2026 or 2027 are eligible; open to rising seniors, recent graduates, master’s students, or entry level candidates with up to two years of work experience
Must be available to work 21 hours per week across 3 or 4 days, from February 9 to April 17, 2026, at the location specified in the job description

A can-do attitude, love of books, and interest in marketing and publicity

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Familiarity with various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
