About the role
- Lead creative function for Direct-to-Consumer brands and channels
- Manage both internal and external resources
- Ensure a high standard and quality of work
- Provide creative quality control over concepts and execution
- Assign requested work to appropriate resources
- Lead the creation, execution, and continual evolution of brand guidelines
- Identify opportunities to improve creative output and process
- Help balance creative vision with business objectives
- Work closely with Brand and Platform teams to develop creative vision
- Attend meetings, handle cross-team interaction, and pitch concepts
- Stay up to date with new innovations and industry trends
- Train and support team members to develop their technical skills
- Contribute to organizational learnings and process improvement
- Guide and coach the team on career direction and performance
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating performance-driven digital and e-commerce creative required
- 8+ years experience in graphic design and/or interactive design with at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or performance marketing design
- 3+ years experience managing internal and external resources
- Expertise with Adobe and Canva’s full suite of creative tools
- Expertise with leveraging AI creative tools for concepting and refining designs.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align creative strategy with business goals
- Understanding best practices for performance-focused digital marketing creative.
- Stay up on industry trends around best UI and UX practices and what drives design performance
- Empathy for end consumers; ability to create and evaluate design and copy
- Solutions-oriented and collaborative approach
