About the role

  • Manage end-to-end execution of performance campaigns (Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok), achieve ROAS/ROI and campaign targets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders using data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Work to evolve our search strategy beyond traditional keywords and SEO
  • Extract actionable insights, translate complex data into clear narratives for stakeholders
  • Research and identify advertising platforms and/or advertising technology
  • Maintain weekly and on-demand reports on ad performance, advertising spend, and KPIs
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of processes for marketing teams
  • Oversee management of metadata projects (SEO, GEO & keyword strategy)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, online DTC, information/educational marketing, or publishing
  • Proven experience with PPC advertising platforms: Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and analytics best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
  • Knowledge of AI as a collaborator in marketing workflows
  • Strong communication skills for both external audiences and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical and metrics-based decision-making experience
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
