About the role

  • Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new warehouse systems including WMS and WCS
  • Design, implement and optimize advanced warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse control systems (WCS), and labor management systems (LMS)
  • Partner with operations leadership to align warehouse operations with broader business objectives
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and other technical teams to define and document new projects or change requests
  • Communicate design requirements into systems’ proposals or enhancements
  • Document, track, and resolve production issues with internal teams and 3rd party providers
  • Post go-live, provide daily technical support to the operations team

Requirements

  • + years' experience in tier 1 Warehouse & Labor Management Systems
  • Strong business knowledge in core functional areas: receiving, inventory, work orders, order scheduling & fulfillment, yard management & shipping, parcel manifesting
  • Proven ability to leverage technology and automation to drive efficiency and improve supply chain performance
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including business, operations, technical teams, and 3rd party providers
  • Experience managing and developing a team of direct reports
  • JDE, Manhattan Active, JIRA, or Confluence experience is a plus
